Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will offer one of the following options:

  • Full Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding any original shipping costs.
  • Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), we will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.

Important Information Regarding Returns:

  • Wetsuit Warranty Returns: For any wetsuit warranty claims, the wetsuit must be returned clean and dry. We cannot process wet or dirty wetsuits.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Risk of Loss/Damage: Any item returned to us is at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage to returned items during transit. Products remain your responsibility until we receive them. If returned items are lost or damaged in transit, we may not be able to issue a full refund. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping method and consider insuring your return shipment.
  • Original Packaging: Please return the item(s) in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Delivery Method: We operate from a busy warehouse and can only accept returns via courier or postal service. We cannot accept hand deliveries.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
